We are dedicated to helping Junior and Senior High youth develop a passion for God through the study of God’s Word, fellowship with other like-minded and God-centered youth, and ministry to the church and unbelievers. We seek to have our youth staff and our youth activities model radically God-centered lives and reflect biblical priorities in the hopes that our youth will grow up living for great causes not great comforts.
Weekly Youth Events:
- Sunday morning Bible study at 9:30 in the One Hope Room
- Monday Girl’s Club at 6:00 in the One Hope Room
- Monday Sport’s Club for guys at 5:30 at the Rose Bowl (7419 E. 11th St.)
- Wednesday night, dinner at 6:15, service starts at 6:45 at the Rose Bowl (7419 E. 11th St.)
Youth are also encouraged to attend Project 61 camp. Project 61 is an unique youth camp that pairs God-centered urban ministry training with the opportunity for youth to reach out in the inner city. Every morning youth help local coaches staff a sports camp at the Rose Bowl as a way of expressing love to kids and communicating to them the life-giving hope of the Gospel. In the afternoon and evenings the youth participate in crazy games, awesome worship, and Christ-exalting teaching. Campers stay in cabins at Keystone State Park and commute to the sports camp. Project 61 2016 dates coming soon!
