Thankful for the Lord’s mercies in all that He has done in my own heart and the life of Springs of Grace through this time of study through the Gospel of Luke. I have benefited weekly (and as a result those who have listened to these sermons have benefited) from reading Luke from a big picture lens as much as possible – trying to read the entire book in light of the end. Myles Roberts exhorted us in that practice. Commentaries from Bock, Gonzalez, Wright, Chen, Boice, Henry, as well as sermons from Keller, Spurgeon, Thabiti, Rex, Piper, Ferguson, Donnelly, Chan, Hill, and others have been God’s fuel as His Spirit has used what He has taught others to teach me and I hope I have faithfully passed on what has gotten into my head and heart.
