"…to the praise of the glory of His grace…" Ephesians 1:6

What is impossible with men is possible with God

Who can be saved? Are you going to stop with the words, “With man this is impossible”? Or will you go on and rejoice over the words, “But all things are possible with God.” Think of the hardest unbeliever you know – and then say with Jesus, “All things are possible with God.” Think of the child with the most obstacles stacked against them and say with Jesus, “All things are possible with God.” Think of the person the first century Christians would have said was the least likely to ever come to faith – that murdering Saul and say with Jesus, “Nothing is impossible with God.”
Nobody is too hard for God to save. Therefore let us ask the Lord to save – to do the impossible, and let us boldly fill our mouths with the gospel, which is the power of God unto salvation. – Brother Joe

“There’s no use trying,” said Alice. “One can’t believe impossible things.” I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” – Lewis Carroll

“And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea’; and it would obey you.” Which of you, having a slave plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, ‘Come immediately and sit down to eat’? “But will he not say to him, ‘Prepare something for me to eat, and properly clothe yourself and serve me while I eat and drink; and afterward you may eat and drink’?” He does not thank the slave because he did the things which were commanded, does he? “So you too, when you do all the things which are commanded you, say, ‘We are unworthy slaves; we have done only that which we ought to have done.” – The Lord Jesus

If you believe God 100% of the time you have only done what you should. Anything less is an evil heart of unbelief. If you have faith to move mountains or pluck up mulberry trees – don’t be impressed with faith. What’s special about faith is that this tiny bit of faith puts you in touch with a great big God! (Consider David vs. Goliath; or the report of Caleb and Joshua and the giants in the promised land)

“Now unto Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we can ask or think according to the power that works in us through Christ Jesus.” – Apostle Paul

“The more impossible the odds, the more glory is God’s.” – Brad Arnold

“Faith does not consider what is probable. Faith considers God” – George Mueller
