"…to the praise of the glory of His grace…" Ephesians 1:6

An Omer of Manna – Jacob Frantz

Sunday Morning I used the illustration from the Old Testament of how God had the children of Israel to keep an omer of manna in the tabernacle/temple (a jar of the bread God had provided for them in the wilderness). This was to be a reminder to them of God’s faithfulness to meet their needs. I talked about how we should have omers of manna (testimonies of answered prayer) ready to share with others to testify to God’s faithfulness.

Last night we had one of those “omers of manna” come and speak to our church family. Jacob Frantz grew up at Springs of Grace but only in the past two years has God moved in his heart to bring him to saving faith. His family and others in the church prayed for God’s work in Jacob’s life. What a joy to see the transforming work of our Savior in answer to prayer! Jacob is walking with the Lord and headed to Brazil to serve as a missionary there for the next 6 months.

You can follow Jacob’s trip here http://jacobtobrazil.com/ and if you would like to help support his trip you can do that by simply noting on your check – Jacob to Brazil mission.

Please be in prayer for Jacob and his family.
