Join us tonight at 6:00 pm for a time of worship, prayer, fellowship, encouragement, and the study of God’s Word.
Reminder: We will be observing the Lord’s Table this morning as a part of our worship service. We invite all baptized believers in Christ to participate in this symbol of our communion with Christ and of our communion with one another in Christ. The bread represents the body of Christ, and the drink represents the blood of Christ. As you eat the bread and drink the cup, you are giving testimony that you are a sinner and without hope, except for the gracious mercy of God to make a way of salvation through trusting in Jesus alone; Jesus became your substitute in living the life you were called to live and dying the death you deserved to die for your sin. The Lord’s Table symbolizes that you now are accepted by God because of your communion with His Son, Jesus. We partake together as a church to symbolize our unity with one another through Jesus and to proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes back. The Lord’s Table is to be observed in faith, with examination, after confession of sin towards God, and after reconciliation with your brothers & sisters in God’s family. If you have any doubt about your participation, then please speak to the elders before or after the service.
Summerfest begins June 11th. Plan on joining us each Wednesday night for hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks, & fellowship with our neighbors and church family at 6pm. This time will be followed by an exciting summer youth bible study at the Rose Bowl each Wednesday night at 6:45, a time for adults to interact around God’s Word, and a great time for KIDS in our Mission Memorization Program for the summer. Invite your neighbors and friends!
