September 2014 Missions Update – Sveta Gusieva

Greetings dear family and friends!

In my previous letter, I mentioned that I was going to eastern Ukraine at the end of September. Thank you for supporting me in prayer for that trip – I am safely home again.

On September 22-28, I had the privilege to participate in a medical outreach organized by the Ukrainian Mobile Medical Clinic in eastern Ukraine.

Carrie Moss Update: Settling in…

It’s been almost 5 weeks since I moved to Ukraine and God has answered many prayers.  This past week, with 6 days to spare, everything was finalized and I received my 1-year residency passport! There were a few bumps and surprises along the way, but we are praising God that the process is completed for this year.  Also, we found a foreign language school that is only a 5-minute bus ride from our rehab center so I now take 1:1 Ukrainian language lessons twice a week. 

One Hope Ministry: Register for getAHEAD!

Our getAHEAD after school program begins September 2nd. We provide transportation from Bell, Jones, Lindbergh, and Mitchell Elementary schools to getAHEAD every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and then parents pick up their students from Springs of Grace Bible Church at 5:00 PM.
