Trauma, chaos, and darkness take a toll on those who are caught in the middle, as well as those of us who are coming alongside. This session is designed to help you, the helper, gain some simplicity in the midst of chaos and complexity. Self-care that begins and ends with self is short-lived, so the goal of this session is to focus on truths and practical self-care practices that will help you stay strong in the Lord through all seasons, for the long haul.
